NETTING
 
We often get asked if we can supply netting for ponds, well the answer very simply is yes we can. There are several types available from 7mm to 18mm aperture loose nets to fixed frame nets.
 
Soft Mesh Netting 7mm aperture
 Soft to the touch but definitely strong enough to cope with leaves and to deter predators such as cats, foxes and herons! this Soft Mesh net is the ideal material to keep your fish protected and the leaves from your pond. This versatile 7mm mesh, multifilament-made netting is soft and light enough to lay directly over the pond without harming the the fish should it come into contact with the water making it a 'must have' netting for any pond. With available width sizes of 4, 6, 8 and 12m you can easily cover large ponds and structures and as the netting is easily manageable it will drape over any support. Soft Mesh Netting is sold by the linear metre.

Heavy Duty Netting
 
Our Heavy Duty Netting is made from high density polyethylene netting, has a 18mm x 18mm diamond mesh and is available in a choice of four width options, 4m, 6m, 8m and 12m
Capable of repelling predators without trapping them in the net, it is available in a choice of four width options and is supplied by the linear metre starting at £6.80 for the 4 metre width. £8.95 delivery charge.
Net Floats
These ingenious Net Floats will soon wipe the smile from the faces of fish-snatching cats and herons and give you a definite advantage in the battle to keep your garden pond and valuable fish safe!

Simply clip the plastic mesh pond mats together (each mat measures 68cm/27.5” L x 38cm/14.5” W) to form an unobtrusive floating barrier which is barely visible on the surface of the pond. Unlike conventional netting, the Net Floats - supplied in packs of 10 - leave the centre of the pond free and the interlocking mats can be easily fitted to any shape of pond and removed for pond maintenance when required. One pack of 10 Net Floats covers approx 3.5m/11’ 6” of pond perimeter when laid out two floats deep.

Steel Pond Covers
 Keeping predators, leaves and other debris out of your pond has long challenged gardeners and fish enthusiasts - but riding to the rescue are these Steel Pond Covers, which combine the strength of black, polyester powder coated, galvanised steel with the protective qualities of our 18mm knotted mesh netting

Falling leaves decompose and cause algae to flourish but thanks to the flat and raised Steel Pond Cover designs - available in a wide range of sizes from 1.5m square up to 3.5m square - and any combination inbetween. Herons and other fish predators will also struggle to penetrate the knotted net and the steel framework blends into the garden background. With two designs to choose from - inconspicuous Flat or marginal planting-friendly Raised, your pond will never have looked so good!

Please note that the Steel Pond Covers are not designed or guaranteed to prevent childen or pets from falling into ponds, and young children should always be supervised near garden ponds or water. Requires home assembly.

HERON LINES
The Heron Scarer is a novel product developed solely to protect vulnerable pond areas from attack from Herons. It is easy to fit and has been proved to be very effective.
