A Boxwelded liner starts life as a flat sheet. This is then cut to the desired size and then "welded" into place to form a box which will hold liquid. Incorporated into this "box" are what we refer to as "flanges" these are placed under your coping stones to secure the liner in place.
A standard size flange is 6 inches, however, being that every liner is bespoke, a flange of any size can be made (a four inch flange should be the minimum size to ensure minimum fixing requirements).
The more accurate the measurement that you give, the better your liner will fit. For this reason we can quote in the following units;
- Metres
- Feet
- Inches
- Centimetres
- Millimetres
Or any of the above units mixed IE four feet 8 inches etc
